ABSTRACT
This study mainly took the academic staff and non-academic staff of Guizhou Minzu University as the investigation objects. Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of the job satisfaction and job performance of the above personnel, the corresponding research results were obtained, and an action plan for improving the working degree is analyzed based on the problems and challenges identified by the participants. This study mainly adopted the questionnaire survey method. The participants in this study were employees of Guizhou Minzu University, a total of 720 people, including academic staff and non-academic staff. This study employed a mixed research approach, especially quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of this study show that there is a significant correlation between employee job satisfaction and performance, and the relationship between the two is affected by many factors. To improve employee satisfaction, many aspects should be considered, such as employee welfare and interpersonal relationships.
