ABSTRACT
This study examines the implementation, engagement, and satisfaction levels of the Students’ Work and Study Program at Zhuhai G College. Using a quantitative and qualitative research design, the study assesses the program’s implementation across objectives, activities, strategies, and monitoring processes, as well as students’ cognitive, affective, and behavioral engagement, and their overall satisfaction. Results show that program implementation, student engagement, and satisfaction are moderate. Furthermore, positive and significant correlations were found between the quality of program implementation and both student engagement and satisfaction. Key challenges identified include time management difficulties, inadequate resources and support, and a misalignment between the program’s objectives and students’ personal goals. While the program demonstrates moderate success, there is potential for improvement, particularly in increasing student engagement and satisfaction, both of which are positively influenced by the quality of program implementation.
