ABSTRACT
This study examines the relationship between students’ engagement in skiing and their quality of life, highlighting skiing’s role as a leisure activity with potential benefits for overall well-being. Through statistical analysis of primary data, the research identified a positive correlation between skiing participation and various aspects of students’ well-being, including improved physical fitness, enhanced happiness and life satisfaction, stronger social connections, and a sense of personal fulfillment. The findings provide empirical evidence supporting skiing’s value in promoting quality of life and suggest practical implications for educational institutions, policymakers, and recreational organizations. By integrating skiing into curricula or extracurricular activities, allocating resources to promote skiing, and developing targeted programs, stakeholders can enhance students’ physical and mental health outcomes, emphasizing the importance of skiing as a beneficial leisure activity.
