ABSTRACT
This study examined the relationship between school culture and organizational leadership at Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology using a descriptive correlational design. Participants, including school administrators, faculty, students, and alumni, were randomly selected. Findings indicated that school culture—measured through collaborative leadership, teacher collaboration, professional development, unity of purpose, collegial support, and learning partnerships—was rated highly. Similarly, organizational transformational leadership was assessed as high. Correlation analysis revealed significant relationships between organizational leadership and all dimensions of school culture, highlighting the strong connection between leadership practices and a positive school environment.
