The study had made use of a mixed research approach to collect and analyze the findings of the study through the utilization of two research designs, quantitative and qualitative research designs. The quantitative method was used for the profile of the graduate-participants in this study, to assess the extent of implementation of hospitality management program and the level of employability skills of the graduate-participants, through a survey questionnaire. The qualitative method was employed to determine the challenges encountered by the participants to improve the implementation of hospitality management program and employability skills of graduates through thematic presentation. The result of the study shows that based from the assessment made by the participants, there is proper implementation of the Hospitality Management program of Mallig Plains Colleges as to educational program objectives, curriculum, teaching strategies, assessment strategies and teaching resources to the great extent, while the graduates, based on the assessment made by the participants, had demonstrated very high in terms of their employability skills, both their hard and soft skills. Hence, it can be concluded that the very high demonstration of the graduates with their employability skills (both hard and soft skills) was influenced by the implementation of the Hospitality Management program to a great extent. To sustain such significant findings, it was recommended that the plan of action to strengthen the implementation of the Hospitality Management program and the graduates’ employability skills be adopted and implemented.
