Questionnaire was used in data collection. In the data analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, F-test, Pearson correlation, and thematic analysis were employed. Based on the analysis, there are 162 students and 18 teachers participating in the survey. Results show that the civil engineering management course has been implemented to a great extent. Specifically, the course objectives and content were very great implemented, while the findings related to resources, strategies, activities, and assessment practices were great implemented. The research reveals that there are limitations in professional development resources and teachers’ available time and energy, which could impact educational implementation. Additionally, the differences in teachers’ age and years of teaching experience may affect teaching attitudes and the learning experiences of students.
