ABSTRACT

The quality evaluation of university teachers is an essential link to higher education. The management system of university teachers’ evaluation can effectively improve the teaching quality and provide good guidance for managers. However, the quality managers of university teachers face problems due to a lack of expert guidance and decision-making support. Therefore, improving the design and decision support system of the university teacher quality evaluation system is necessary. To address these challenges, this study aimed to design a teacher performance evaluation system for Hebei University of Political Science and Law. The web-based system facilitates future planning and reviews past progress by evaluating teacher performance across multiple dimensions to encourage and support those seeking to achieve more significant impact and excellence.
