ABSTRACT

Guangzhou Hanmo Education Consulting Services Co., Ltd., established in 2017, focuses on educational services, offering high-quality educational examination-related services. This study aimed to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employee performance within the company. By adopting a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews, the research examined how entrepreneurial leadership practices impact employee performance. The results indicate that employees and customers are generally satisfied with the company’s entrepreneurial leadership and employee performance. Entrepreneurial leadership, evaluated through dimensions such as vision and strategy, innovation and change, support and resource provision, and incentives and team development, shows a significant positive correlation with employee performance, which is measured in terms of productivity, work quality, customer engagement, and attendance and punctuality. However, the study also reveals challenges such as lack of clarity in strategic plans, inadequate innovation mechanisms, resource allocation issues, and limited career growth opportunities. Based on these findings, actionable strategies are proposed to enhance entrepreneurial leadership and employee performance, aiming to contribute to the company’s success and the academic understanding of this relationship in the educational consulting industry.
