ABSTRACT
Guangzhou Hanmo Education Consulting Services Co., Ltd., established in 2017, focuses on educational services, offering high-quality educational examination-related services. This study aimed to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employee performance within the company. By adopting a mixed research approach, including surveys and interviews, the research examined how entrepreneurial leadership practices affect employee performance. The results indicate that entrepreneurial leadership is manifested in the company to a great extent, and the employees’ level of performance is high. Also, there exists a significant positive correlation entrepreneurial leadership and employee performance. The problems and challenges encountered by the participants along entrepreneurial leadership include lack of clarity on specific plans, poor mechanism to encourage innovation, shortfall in the company’s allocation of resources, limited career growth opportunities for employees. Based on these findings, actionable strategies are proposed to enhance entrepreneurial leadership and employee performance, aiming to contribute to the company’s success and the academic understanding of this relationship in the educational consulting industry.
