ABSTRACT
This study aimed to design and develop an E-Commerce Ice Cream Sales Management System to assist ice cream sellers and suppliers in enhancing their sales processes, inventory control, and customer engagement. The system integrates key functionalities such as automated sales operations, computerized inventory management, and decision support features for real-time data analysis. Using Agile Scrum methodology, the system was developed iteratively, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users to ensure continuous improvement. It also complies with the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, ensuring quality in terms of functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, security, and maintainability. The study identified common challenges faced by ice cream businesses, particularly in sales tracking and inventory accuracy, and addressed these through system automation and centralized data management. The final product offers actionable insights, efficient workflow, and enhanced customer relationship management. Recommendations for system enhancements were gathered through expert evaluations, laying a foundation for future improvements and scalability. This project contributes both practical and academic value by addressing a niche market with a robust, data-driven management solution.
