ABSTRACT
The paper focuses on manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong Province of China, with the aim of elucidating the digital transformation strategy of their supply chain. In addition, this paper also evaluates the digital transformation performance of selected enterprises in Guangdong Province of China, including finance, customers, learning and growth, and internal business processes. Finally, this study analyzed the correlation between the implementation of supply chain digital transformation and company performance. The results show that the selected manufacturing enterprises have achieved a good level of digital transformation in their supply chains, the performance level of the selected manufacturing enterprise is “high”, there is a significant relationship between the implementation level of digital transformation in the supply chain and the performance level of the selected manufacturing enterprises. Based on the research results, an action plan has been developed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of digital transformation in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises, ultimately enhancing enterprise performance.
