ABSTRACT

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the extent of digital transformation implementation and the performance level of JLB Dairy Company to support the company’s continued development. In the context of accelerating globalization and the rising consumption levels in China, competition within the dairy industry has become increasingly intense. As China transitions into the era of the digital economy, JLB Dairy Company must continuously enhance its digital capabilities, improve product quality and service standards, and boost consumer satisfaction to maintain a competitive edge. The study focused on JLB Dairy Company, gathering data through a questionnaire survey distributed to the company’s management and employees to evaluate the extent of digital transformation implementation. Quantitative methods were employed to analyze the relationship between the degree of digital transformation and the company’s performance, while qualitative methods explored the challenges encountered during the transformation process. Based on the findings, targeted strategies were proposed to address these challenges, with the goal of enhancing JLB Dairy Company’s technological innovation in digital transformation and promoting sustainable improvements in overall business performance.
