ABSTRACT

This research aims to examine the relationship between the extent of implementation and the level of satisfaction among participants in a career management program. The study focuses on 686 participants from both public and private higher educational institutions in Zhuhai city. Surveys were conducted among teachers and students to assess the degree of implementation of the career management program and their satisfaction levels. Data was systematically and effectively collected, followed by statistical analysis to evaluate the current status of the program. The findings reveal a strong correlation between the extent of program implementation and participant satisfaction. This suggests that ongoing improvements to the career management program are crucial for enhancing both faculty satisfaction and career development outcomes.
