ASSET MANAGEMENT DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to address asset management challenges at Zunyi Normal University by developing a blockchain-based decision support system. It employed a mixed-methods research approach, combining qualitative data on challenges with quantitative assessments of ISO 25010 compliance. Using Agile Scrum, the system was iteratively developed with stakeholder feedback, ultimately met ISO/IEC 25010 standards, and offered advanced features to enhance asset management in higher education.
