ABSTRACT
With the growing demand for three-dimensional reconstruction of microscopic objects, the technology of three-dimensional microscopy based on multi-depth field fusion has garnered attention. This paper introduces a novel approach that integrates microscope optical design, image fusion, 3D stitching, and super-resolution techniques. The aim is to enhance the speed of 3D image synthesis, expand the field of view of the microscope, and augment its intelligent capabilities. This technology is anticipated to bring about technological innovations in the microscopy industry
