ABSTRACT
This study presents the design and development of a Scholarship Monitoring System with Data Analytics for St. Paul University Philippines. The system aims to enhance scholarship management by automating the manual processes that often result in delays and errors. Developed using the Laravel framework, the system enables students to apply for scholarships, upload requirements, and track their application status online. Meanwhile, administrators can manage scholarship programs, evaluate applications, and utilize data analytics to monitor scholar performance and identify emerging trends. The study addressed key issues in the existing process, including the lack of automated tracking, data inaccuracy, and limited tools for analyzing scholarship data. The developed system streamlines operations, ensuring faster, more accurate, and transparent scholarship processing. Evaluation based on the ISO/IEC 25010 Software Quality Standards showed that the system achieved high ratings in functionality, efficiency, usability, reliability, security, and compatibility. Overall, the Scholarship Monitoring System with Data Analytics proved to be an effective, secure, and user-friendly platform that supports improved scholarship administration and data-driven decision-making for both students and administrators.
