ABSTRACT
This study aimed to design and implement a college archives management system by integrating Internet Plus, big data, and artificial intelligence technologies. The research employed an electronic management approach that enables quick retrieval, storage, and updating of archival information, thereby reducing manpower and material costs while improving management efficiency. The system was developed to support the broader process of information construction in higher education institutions, enhancing the overall management level of colleges and providing a foundational platform for other institutional information projects. The findings indicate that the system not only streamlines archive processing but also strengthens intelligent knowledge services through correlation analysis and semantic-driven data integration, ultimately advancing the utilization value of university archives and promoting digital transformation in academic institutions.
