ABSTRACT

This study delves into the relationship between the strategic management process and the performance level of QIANJIN Company, enhancing the corporate level of performance to some extent. It aims to answer various key inquiries. Firstly, it examines the profile of participants based on age, gender, highest educational attainment, and position in the company. Subsequently, it evaluates the participants’ perceptions of how well QIANJIN Company implements strategic management process, encompassing environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy monitoring and control. The study further investigates potential differences in these assessments based on participant profiles. Additionally, the study explores participants’ assessments of QIANJIN Company’s level of performance in financial, customer-related, internal business processes, and learning and growth aspects. It explores potential differences in these performance assessments based on participant profiles. Furthermore, it scrutinizes the correlation between the extent of strategic management process implementation and the corporate level of performance. Moreover, the study investigates the challenges faced by participants in implementing strategic management processes. It concludes by proposing an action plan to enhance both the implementation of strategic management processes and the overall performance level of QIANJIN Company. Through a comprehensive analysis of these factors, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how strategic management process impacts corporate level of performance and offers plan of action for improving performance within QIANJIN Company.
