ABSTRACT
Early childhood education is an important stage of education, and project objectives, curriculum content, teaching strategies, evaluation strategies, and resources are the elements of implementing early childhood education. The professional knowledge and teaching ability of teachers directly affect the quality and effectiveness of teaching, and their ethics and style are crucial for the emotional and social development of young children. Research has found that the higher the ability level of teachers and the skill level of young children, the higher the implementation level of early childhood education plans.
