ABSTRACT
To strengthen the professional construction of the team of counselors, the state has issued a series of relevant policies. Hence, this study included 827 participants of Guangzhou Huashang College, including employees such as administrators, counselors and teachers, as well as students. A self-made questionnaire about the implementation of the National Counselor Management Policy Guangzhou Huashang College was used after undergoing the process of validation and testing. The results show that the implementation of the National Counselor Management Policy at Guangzhou Huashang College was assessed by the participants in terms of objectives, strategies, activities, resources and monitoring with a very great extent. Likewise, the participants showed a very high level of satisfaction with the implementation of the said policy. It is concluded that the greater the extent of implementation of the National Counselors Management Policy, the higher the level of satisfaction of the participants with its implementation.
