ABSTRACT
To address the issues of low efficiency, strong subjectivity, and high cost in the traditional identification of Chinese medicinal materials, this paper aimed to develop an intelligent recognition system for these materials using a deep convolutional neural network. The proposed system simplifies the classification and recognition process, enabling the automatic classification and identification of various Chinese medicinal materials. It achieves a model with a good classification effect, capable of meeting the needs of people’s daily lives.
