ABSTRACT
This study investigated the relationship between the implementation of salary reform policies at MYCC University and the level of employee satisfaction. The problems and challenges encountered by the participants in the implementation of such policies were also analyzed. The participants in this study were the management and employees from various departments of MYCC University. The research results show that participants rated the extent of implementation of MYCC’s salary reform policies as generally great. Additionally, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral satisfaction of the employees with the implementation of the salary reform policies were all very high. The consensus is that the salary reform policies are fair, transparent, and beneficial. However, the survey on the implementation of salary reform policies revealed that some staff members lack sufficient understanding of the reforms and feel that the policies provide inadequate support for new employees, that the salary structure adjustments are incomplete, and that team incentive policies are insufficient. This study also proposes a plan of action intended to improve the implementation of salary reform policies at MYCC University and improve the level of satisfaction of employees in the implementation of the salary reform policies. In addition, the plan is intended to provide references and assistance for MYCC University and similar institutions in their salary reform practices, as they seek to enhance the effectiveness of salary reforms and support the long-term retention and stability of faculty and staff.
