ABSTRACT
This paper analyzed the finance, customers, internal business processes, learning and growth of ZSJAT Automotive Semiconductor Company of Pearl River Delta, as well as the implementation degree of its business strategy, especially in the aspects of circular procurement, resource recovery, product life extension, sharing platform, product as a service, etc. By examining these performance dimensions, we gained insight into the effectiveness of ZSJAT’s business strategy and its impact on the overall performance of the organization. Specific performance improvement strategies are proposed from the aspects of establishing global supply chain management framework, strengthening supply chain management team management, improving internal business processes and learning, strengthening market information collection and comprehensive research on customer needs, strengthening circular procurement, and effectively allocating resources.
