ABSTRACT
In digital transformation, library management systems must improve efficiency and user experience. This study introduces a smart library management system using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate key tasks like book borrowing/returning, inventory management, data entry, and user notifications, reducing manual work and errors. Core modules include an automated borrowing/returning system for accurate records, an inventory management module with real-time monitoring and alerts, and a data entry module that speeds up new book information processing. The user notification module enhances service through automated reminders and updates. This RPA-driven system boosts efficiency provides self-service features, personalized recommendations, and 24/7 online services, enhancing user satisfaction. It also lowers labor costs, supports management with data analysis, and optimizes resource use, positioning libraries for future growth and modernization.
