ABSTRACT
This study aimed to design and develop a blockchain-based social credit information management system to enhance the security, transparency, and reliability of personal credit data. In alignment with relevant national and municipal policies and tailored to local conditions, the system was built using the Hyperledger Fabric framework. Smart contracts were written, deployed, and instantiated to enable the secure collection, storage, sharing, and querying of social credit information, ensuring data integrity, non-repudiation, and traceability. Additionally, SM2 and SM4 encryption algorithms were applied to protect data privacy while maintaining flexible access control. The resulting system demonstrates the potential of blockchain technology to create a decentralized, tamper-proof, and trustworthy social credit management platform.
